ME.
My friend Nick was just talking to me in class and he asked me what I wanted to study in college. I told him and we got to talking about how I wanted to be a doctor and I told him my dad was a cardiologist. He mentioned that he wanted to study the same area of medicine and the convo went a bit like this:
Me: Oh, really!? That’s cool!
Nick: Yeah, I can’t wait.
Me: I would have my dad help you out and stuff but..
Nick: Oh, it’s fine!
Me: He’s dead.
Nick: SILENCE…
